Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. A tracking number is sent via email once the order ships.
Regular light cleaning with a soft, dry cloth helps keep the case and crystal looking sharp. Leather straps should be kept away from prolonged moisture exposure. Metal bracelets can be gently wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Battery replacement is recommended every 1–2 years depending on usage.
Each timepiece includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from accidental drops, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service can be requested through the official support channel with proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A prepaid return label is included with qualifying orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Water resistance varies by model — each product listing clearly states the specific resistance rating. Models rated at 30M are splash-resistant only. Those rated 50M or higher can handle brief submersion but are not designed for swimming or diving. Always check the individual model spec before water exposure.
